HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

O.A.No.1405 of 2012 and batch was allowed-in-part by the A.P.Administrative Tribunal on 30.04.2013 directing the respondents to pay minimum time scale to the applicants in all O.As together with D.A. and also pay back-wages for three years prior to filing of the O.As. Aggrieved thereby, State preferred W.P.No.31263 of 2013. On consideration of the matter on merits and following the earlier directions of the Division Bench of this Court, in common order, dated 28.08.2014 in W.P.No.30530 of 2012 and batch, disposed of the said writ petition in terms of the common order passed earlier. The order was also made subject to result of the pending review petitions. In view of the modification of the order by this Court, it cannot be said that respondents have violated the directions issued. The original order in O.A., would not survive.

Contempt Case (TR) is accordingly closed, granting liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies for enforcement of the directions issued in W.P.No.31263 of 2013. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ JUSTICE P.
