At the hearing, Mr.K.Vasantha Rao, learned Counsel representing Mr.VVN.Narayana Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the petitioners intend to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition.

Recording the above submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.864 of 2017 filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
