This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order, dated 17.08.2016, passed in I.A No. 875 of 2012 in I.A.No.782 of 2012 in O.S.No.79 of 2012 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Kanigiri. 2.

As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 173.01.2017.

In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
