Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Agriculture, appearing for 1st respondent and Sri Chinthapalli Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied for renewal of licence to the petitioner-firm on 24-04-2018 for a further period from 2018 to 2023, but respondent Nos.4 and 5 have not passed any orders thereon.

Sri Chinthapalli Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5, states that the said application will be disposed of within four weeks.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to decide the said application within four weeks and communicate their decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
