THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11029 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.13 & 14 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.4 of 2013 on the file of C.I.D., Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 420, 468, 471 and 120B r/w 34 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is informed that the petitioners earlier filed Crl.P.No.10666 of 2014 before this Court and this Court disposed of the said petition on 17.9.2014 giving liberty to the petitioners-accused Nos.13 & 14 to surrender before the Magistrate concerned to take into custody under Section 44 Cr.P.C, move an application before the learned Magistrate for regular bail with notice to learned Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned. This Court also observed in the said order that in the event of such surrender and any such application being filed for regular bail, the learned Judge/Magistrate shall consider for granting of bail in favour of the petitioners with necessary conditions preferably on the same day if not atleast by the next day.

In view of the above orders passed in Crl.P.No.10666 of 2014, on 17.9.2014, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
