HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos.13771, 13778, 40975, 40996 and 41008 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:

When all these matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in these matters is squarely covered by the judgment dated 20.12.2018 rendered by this Court in W.P.No.19121 of 2013 and prays that similar orders may be passed in these writ petitions directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioners from the date of their initial appointment in grant-in-aid post.

Learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing on behalf of the respondents has not disputed the same and contends that the issue was adjudicated and decided in favour of the writ petitioners vide judgment dated 11.12.2009 in W.P.No.805 of 2004 which was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 22.08.2013 in W.A.No.202 of 2012 and, therefore, the issue raised in these writ petitions can be decided in terms of the judgment dated 22.08.2013 in W.A.No.202 of 2012. This Court, having considered the submissions made by the parties, is of the considered view that all the writ petitions can be disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 20.12.2018 rendered by this Court in W.P.No.19121 of 2013 directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioners from the date of their

initial appointment in the grant-in-aid post, within a period of two weeks (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, all the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications in the writ petitions, if any, shall stand closed, in consequence.
