HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.45191 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus seeking to quash the charge sheet filed in Crime No.193 of 2016 of Korutla Police Station holding the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to implicate the petitioners in such false cases.

Heard and perused the material available on record. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that the 4th respondent has investigated into the matter and filed a charge sheet in Crime No.193 of 2016 and that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the same is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
