HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31624 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not mutating the name of the petitioner in respect of land to an extent of Ac.18.12 gts., forming part of Sy.No.107 and Ac.15.34 gts., forming part of Sy.No.113 situated at Sultanpalli Village, Shamsabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in the relevant records, as illegal, arbitrary.

2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the writ petitioner stated that only an oral request is made, which in my view does not satisfy the requirements of law. 3) Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner, to make an application before the concerned authority in the prescribed format, in which event the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, as early as possible. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
