THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN WP.No. 10996 of 2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) The counsel for petitioners has addressed a letter dt.16.12.2019 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, stating that his clients wishes to avail the 'Sabka Vishwas (Legal Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019', and so the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to revive this Writ Petition in the event there is no settlement reached in the said Scheme.

Therefore, permission is accordingly granted to petitioners to withdraw this writ petition reserving the right to petitioners to revive the writ petition in the event there is no settlement under the said Scheme.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
