HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30008 OF 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioners is that they have filed appeal before the Joint Collector, Adilabad-2nd respondent, against the orders dated 16.10.2014 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Adilabad in K/1140/2011. In the said appeal though arguments were heard and written arguments were filed by the parties, the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since the appeal filed by the petitioners is stated to have been pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to both the parties.
