THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN CIVIL RIVISION PETITION Nos.4533 & 4534 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

These revision petitions arise out of the same order passed by the Court below allowing the applications for reopening and recall of PW.1 in a suit for injunction. The plaintiff in the suit was the son of the 1st defendant and defendants 2 and 3 are the paternal uncles of the plaintiff. It is a family dispute. I find no illegality and irregularity in the order of the trial Court allowing the applications. Hence the civil revision petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed.
