THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7119 of 2011 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against petitioner/accused No.3 in Crime No.61 of 2011 of Mogulpura Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC and Section 7 of Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was acquitted vide order, dated 23.03.2015 passed by the learned Magistrate concerned, and therefore, no further orders need be passed in this Criminal Petition and the Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

In view of aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
