Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to question the order dt.13.02.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent suspending the Form-A4 license issued to the petitioner pending enquiry and also issuing show cause notice dt.13.02.2017 to the petitioner. 2.

Granting liberty as sought this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
