wa_1452_2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal arises out of order dated 30-08-2017 in W.P.No. 28406 of 2017, whereby the learned single judge dismissed the said Writ Petition filed against proceedings No. PA/19(S-34)/2017-DVM/KP dated 28-06-2017 rejecting the appellant's appeal filed against his removal as time barred. 2.

After arguing the case, Sri Ch.V.Prasad Babu, learned counsel for the appellant, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to his client to avail the remedy of review as permitted by the learned single judge.

The Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, W.A.M.P.No. 2706 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
