The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 07.08.2015, passed in I.A.No.338 of 2015 in O.S.No.473 of 2010 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mancherial.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit itself was dismissed without costs on 15.10.2015.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
