Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondents and perused the affidavit petition with prayer in support of it and the material on record and also the written instructions received by the learned Government Pleader.

As per the written instructions received by the learned Government Pleader, they are not taking the land of the petitioner much less interfering in any manner.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of restraining the respondents from any interference except through due process of law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
