THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8087 of 2011 ORDER:

1. This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 27.7.2011 passed in Crl.R.P.No.4 of 2010 by the VI Additional Sessions Judge, Vikarabad (FTC), Ranga Reddy District.

2. The 2nd respondent, who is the wife of the petitioner, filed M.C.No.8 of 2015 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tandur claiming maintenance. The learned Magistrate granted maintenance of Rs.1,000/- per month to her from the date of order. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed Crl.R.P.No.4 of 2010 before the VI Additional Sessions Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District. The learned Sessions Judge dismissed the revision petition confirming the order of the trial Court. Hence, the petitioner filed this revision.

3. Heard and perused the material available on record.

4. It is to be noted that Section 399 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure contemplates that any order passed by the Sessions Judge in the revision filed by any person, becomes final, so that, no further proceedings by way of revision shall be entertained by High Court or any other Court.

5. In the light of the above proviso, the present Criminal Petition is not maintainable and thereby, the same is liable to be dismissed.
