THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD Writ Petition No.37136 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the order dated 27-10-2015 passed in S.A.No.332/2014 on the file of DRT Visakhapatnam is illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, besides violative of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently set-aside the same."

At the hearing, Sri Parsa Ananth Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.MP.No.42767 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
