The petitioners claim to be absolute owners of land in an extent of Ac.25.04 gts., in Survey Nos.207 and 208 situated at Sripathipalli Village Ghanapur Station Mandal, Warangal District. They claimed that the said properties are joint family properties and in the year 1998, the 2nd respondent took possession of subject land stating that it is required for construction of a percolation tank in the village. When no compensation was paid, the petitioners filed W.P.No.35383 of 1998 before this Court and the same was disposed of on 14.02.2000 directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to interfere or otherwise utilize the petitioners' land except in accordance the procedure established under law. After receipt of a copy of the order the petitioners approached the respondents, but they did not take any action. Ultimately the petitioners submitted a representation on 02.02.2015 requesting respondent Nos.2 to 4 for initiation of land acquisition proceedings and to pay compensation. When they did not elicit any response, the present writ petition is filed.

Since the relief sought in the writ petition is for consideration of representation dated 02.02.2015, with the consent of learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 02.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
