HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.708 & 709 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Heard both sides.

There is nothing to interfere with the orders of the lower Court, but for while disposing of both the Civil Revision Petitions directing the parties to file calculation memo afresh within one week from today before the lower Court, for the lower Court to arrive at the amount with reference to the calculations after hearing and proceed further with the execution proceedings if not paid within a reasonable time to be fixed by the lower Court therefrom.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
