HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MS.JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No.31519 OF 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner was given a provisional allotment letter under the All India Quota for admission to the first year M.B.B.S. course in the 3rd respondent College. But, it appears that the 3rd respondent did not allow the petitioner to join. Therefore, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The 3rd respondent is a College in Mumbai. It is no doubt true that the petitioner was allotted under the All India Quota to the 3rd respondent College. But, if the 3rd respondent College refused to provide admission as per the All India Quota, the petitioner should take up her case before the Court of competent jurisdiction over the 3rd respondent College. The 3rd respondent College is in the State of Maharashtra.
4. Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction, this writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
