HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4721 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard both sides and perused the grounds of revision and the impugned order of the lower Court.

Once the order of the lower Court clearly shows there is sufficient means and legal debt, for this Court while sitting in revision within the limited scope there is nothing to interfere, but for to grant 3 months time from the date of receipt of the order to pay all the arrears of the amount due under execution in 3 equal monthly installments of 1st installment 40% and the 2nd and 3rd installments 30% each and any non-payment of 1st installment entitles the decree holder to proceed further with the execution petition pursuant to the arrest order passed by the lower Court. Accordingly and in the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
