This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners, assailing the order, dated 06.05.2013, of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, passed in I.A.No.149 of 2013 in O.S.No.1219 of 2007.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 10.12.2014, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and that therefore, the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
