THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR and THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1085 of 2015 ORDER: (per SK, J) This Contempt Case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 12.04.2012 passed in Writ Appeal No.462 of 2012.

Perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the Contempt Case does not disclose whether the petitioners filed any appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer as required by the order passed in the Writ Appeal. In the absence of such pleading, no inference as to disobedience, much less willful disobedience, to the order passed by this Court can be drawn.

The Contempt Case is therefore dismissed on this short ground. This order shall not preclude the petitioners from initiating fresh contempt proceedings in accordance with law. No costs.
