THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.31344 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent for interfering in the Civil disputes and compelling the petitioner to come for private settlement as illegal and arbitrary.

The allegation of the petitioner is that he is being called by the 3rd respondent-police to the police station for settlement of the disputes in relation to an agreement of sale dated 13.05.201 alleged to have been entered between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5.

The learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the allegations made in the affidavit are false and they have been nothing to do with the alleged agreement of sale. In the light of the respective submissions by making it clear that without there being any crime registered against the petitioner, the respondents 2 and 3 shall in no way interfering with the civil disputes in connection with the agreement of sale dated 13.5.2017 between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5.

Subject to the above, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
