HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

According to the petitioner, the petitioner intend to construct house in the land admeasuring 241.73 square yards in Survey No.2367/C, situated adjacent to the H.No.12-229 in Huzurabad Town, on the road leading from Karimnagar to Warangal. The building permission application was submitted by the petitioner on 24.06.2013, but so far, no orders are passed. Having requested the authorities for grant of building permission on several occasions, on 21.04.2015 the petitioner submitted a written representation sent through a registered post requesting to sanction the building permission as applied on 24.06.2013. Alleging inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent Nagar Panchayat, this writ petition is filed.

2. Having regard to the contention of the petitioner that the building permission application submitted on 24.06.2013 is yet to be disposed of, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the 2nd respondent Nagar Panchayat to consider the same and pass orders, as warranted by law, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if so far the same is not considered and orders are passed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
