HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23231 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not passing appropriate orders on the petitioner's application dated 31.12.2008 for regularization in respect of the land admeasuring 501.60 sq.meters in Plot No.65 situated in Sy.No.66, 67 of Madhapur Village, Serilingampally, Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in terms of G.O.Ms.No.747, Revenue (UCI) Department, dated 18.06.2008, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

Since the application dated 31.12.2008 made by the petitioner for regularization of the subject land is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, in spite of the reminder representation dated 09.06.2016, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the said application, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
