HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 17018 of 2016 ORDER:

Keeping in view serious allegations levelled against the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 3 and injuries received by the deceased, due to which a case in Crime No. 555 of 2016 is registered on the file of Station House Officer, Police Station, Mancherial for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 302, 304-B and 120-B of IPC, I find no merit in the Criminal Petition.
