HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7372 & 7373 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6598 of 2017 ORDER:

Crl.P.M.P.No.7372 of 2017 is filed to represent the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant by GPA Holder i.e., her father by name T. Jaiprakash. Accordingly, the petition is allowed by according permission.

The petitioner/accused No.1 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant (by GPA holder) of C.C.No.136 of 2013 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.7373 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
