HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.31618 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 3 and 4, in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.3.60 cents, situated at Sy.No.278/1/1 of Ramanayyapet Village, Kakinada Rural Mandal, East Godavari District in Patta No.93/A out of the land admeasuring Ac.4.16 cents, as illegal and arbitrary. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, placed on record, the endorsement dated 25.4.2018, made by the Tahsildar, Kakinada Rural, stating that the request of the petitioner cannot be considered for the reasons mentioned therein and accordingly the application of the petitioner came to be rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that till date the copy of the endorsement dated 25.4.2018, has not been communicated to the petitioner.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, to communicate the endorsement dated 25.4.2018, made by him, to the petitioner within a period of one week from today, by registered post with acknowledgment, in which event, the petitioner may avail the remedy available under law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
