HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.45501 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the crime against the unofficial respondents and their supporters in spite of complaint dated 17.09.2016 and in spite of making several requests to prevent the unofficial respondents from interfering in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the landed property in RS No.602, admeasuring Ac.2-00 cents, situated at Buttayagudem village and Mandal, West Godavari district.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
