ORDER :
The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Housing Society established about 30 years ago in an extent of Ac.25.00 of land and several houses were constructed, water pipe line and sewerage lines were laid for the benefit of the members of the Society. While so, recently, the said water pipe lines as well as sewerage lines were dug in order to connect to houses of adjacent colony which would be causing lot of inconvenience and there is a possibility of leakage of sewerage lines and there will be difficulty in supply of drinking water. Having noticed such illegal action being taken to favour some members of the adjacent residential colony, a representation has been submitted to the authorities. But so far no decision is taken on the representation and on the contrary the work is in progress at brisk pace. Hence, this writ petition.
2. As seen from the averments in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and the material papers enclosed to the writ petition, a representation is submitted by the petitioner-Society to the Deputy Commissioner, GHMC, Chandanagar, Hyderabad, on 26.06.2015 ventilating their grievance.

Having regard to the same, this writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the Deputy Commissioner, GHMC, Chandanagar, Hyderabad (3rd respondent), to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representative of the petitioner-Society shall appear before the 3rd respondent on 10.07.2015 at 11.30 a.m., and the 3rd respondent shall give an opportunity of personal hearing and pass appropriate orders. The petitioner is also entitled to present all the documents in support of its claim.
4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
