SKK,J Crl.P_16074_2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the conditions imposed in the Order dated 26.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3320 of 2016 in Cr.No. 15 of 2016 passed by the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam. The Order dated 26.10.2016 passed by the trial Court is as under:

" In the result, the petition is allowed directing the Investigating Officer to enlarge the petitioner-A3 on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Cr.No. 15 of 2016 on the file of Araku Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, subject to the petitioner furnishing a personal bond of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) and two sureties each who shall furnish Fixed Deposit of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each in the name of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Araku to the satisfaction of the Investigation Officer. The bail is subject to further condition that the petitioner/ A3 shall furnish attested copy of his Aadhar Card as well as the attested copies of Aadar cards of the sureties. The bail will be subject to verification of the genuineness of the same.

The petitioner shall not interfere with the investigation and shall not tamper with the evidence and shall not influence the witnesses and shall assist the police in the investigation when required. The petitioner shall attend before the Station House Officer, Araku Police Station, on every Monday between 10:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. for a period of three months or till filing of the charge sheet whichever is earlier."

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner-A3, being male person, this Court does not find any ground to interfere with the order dated 26.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3320 of 2016 in Cr.No. 15 of 2016 passed by the Court of Metropolitan Sessions

SKK,J Crl.P_16074_2016 Judge-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
