O R D E R

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 12.06.2015 passed in W.P.No.16730 of 2013. By the said order, this Court directed the registration authorities to entertain the document for registration without insisting upon a 'No Objection Certificate' from the revenue authorities.

Sri Venkateshwar Varanasi, learned counsel, now informs this Court that the document presented by the petitioner has been refused registration. As such refusal gives rise to a fresh cause of action and there is no disobedience, much less willful, made out warranting exercise of contempt jurisdiction, this Contempt Case is dismissed.
