HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7139 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.200 of 2014 of Anantapalli Police Station, West Godavari District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 506 read with 34 I.P.C.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the 1st respondent-State represented by the Public Prosecutor before admission, before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent and perused the material on record.

3) As the material falls short to admit the application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing the above proceedings, but for to say the factual matrix entitled to regular bail by the petitioners as the offences are bailable by left open to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Magistrate and in such an event, the learned Magistrate shall grant bail with necessary conditions on the same day. Further remedies, if any, are left open to the petitioners in the event of filing charge sheet for any of the offences and any cognizance taken by the learned Magistrate.

4) With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if

any pending, shall stand closed.
