THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioner herein to appear II semester of B.E. III year examinations without any reasons as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice, and also violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to appear for BE III Year II Semester examinations commencing from 07.05.2012"
At the hearing, Mr. G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the petitioner is not found eligible for appearing for the examinations of B.E. III Year, the respondents have not permitted him to appear for the examinations and hence the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, interim order dt.11.5.2012 shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P. No.16815 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
