THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.13001 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.142 of 2016 on the file of Reinbazar P.S., Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 506 r/w 34 IPC. 2.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submits that police after completion of investigation filed final report referring the case as 'Lack of Evidence'. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
