I CRLP NO: 9752 OF ?:OLA , Petition under Sections 437. & 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed therein, the High Couft may be pleased to enlarge the petition e rslAccu sed No.17 and 12 on bail in Crime No.171l2013 dated 09-12-2013 of Kanagallu Police Station, Nalgonda District The petition coming on for hearing/ upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 19.09.2018 made in CRL.P. and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S CHAKRAPANI Advocate for the Petitloner and of Public Prosecutor for the respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER
This application is filed by the petitioners/ A.17 and A.12 seeking relaxation of condition Nos.2 and 4 imposed in order, dated 19,O9,2O1a in Crl. P.No.9752 of 20 18.
Heard both sides, Perused the record.
The condition No,2 imposed in the bail order, dated 19.09.2018 in Crl.P.No,9752 of 2018, viz., the petitioners shall report once in a week before the Investigating Officer i.e., on every Sunday between 5.0O p.m. and 6.OO p.m., and thereafter, once in a month before the Hon'ble Judge concerned, after filing of charge sheet and till completion of trial/enquiry is modified as under:
The petitione rs/ A.L7 and A.12 shall report once in a month either on l't Sunday or any such other date fixed by the Investigating Officer before the respective CB CID Investigating Officials of the 7 Regional Offices of State of Andhra Pradesh and such Regional Offices of State of Telangana respectively till end of trial.
Insofar as condition No.4, i.e., the petitioners shall not leave the State is concerned, the same is modified as under: . The petitioners/ A.77 and A.12 shall not leave the Country. Other conditions of the order remain unchanged, but for to read the word Magistrate as trial Judge.
Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
