HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31612 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any steps on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.08.2018 and 28.08.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that as per the station records the 2nd respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner; and that whenever the petitioner makes any complaint, the respondent police will take action by following the procedure as per law.

Recording the aforesaid written instructions submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make one more complaint to the 2nd respondent and on such complaint being made; the 2nd respondent shall take action in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
