This Contempt Case is filed alleging

willful disobedience of Order, dated 30-11-2015, in WP.No.14211 of 2015, by the respondents.

In pursuance of Form-I notice issued by this Court, both the respondents are present. Respondent No.1 has filed a counteraffidavit on behalf of himself and also respondent No.2 wherein he has inter alia averred that in pursuance of the above-mentioned order of this Court and also considering the representation of the rival parties, he has issued the proceeding in Rc.No.01/SE(WS-M)/EE-I(WSM)/Semi bulk/ Dt:

30.05.2016.

Mr.S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Counsel for the respondents, submitted that with the issuance of the above-mentioned proceeding, dated 30-05-2016, the order, dated 30-11-2015, in WP.No.14211 of 2015 stood complied with. This submission is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Mr.MS.Prasad, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 to in WP.No.14211 of 2016, submitted that if his clients feel aggrieved by proceeding, dated 30.05.2016,

issued by respondent No.1, they may be left free to question the same in appropriate legal proceedings.

In the light of the above-noted facts and the submissions of the learned Counsel for the respective parties, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings, however with liberty to respondent Nos.4 to 6 in W.P.No.14211 of 2016 to avail appropriate legal remedy, if they feel aggrieved by proceeding, dated 30-05-2016, of respondent No.1.
