THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.15684 OF 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner - accused No.1 would seek permission to withdraw the present Criminal Petition on the ground that charge sheet is filed and the matter has become infructuous.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that on filing of Charge Sheet, the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kanigiri, has taken cognizance of the case in C.C.No.39 of 2015.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
