WRIT PETITION NO. 25476 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition in view of Lr.No. 66015/C1/2015, dated 19/9/2016 issued by the Respondent No.3 - Principal Secretary to Government, Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, informing that it is not feasible to grant essentiality certificate to start B.D.S. course in Katuri Dental College, Guntur and advised the petitioner-management to approach the designated authority after rectification of deficiencies pointed out for further re-consideration and sought liberty to challenge the same in filing fresh writ petition.

2. Permission granted with liberty as prayed for.

3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
