When the matter has come up for hearing, learned standing counsel for the Official Liquidator submits that as there are clerical errors and other procedural corrections which are required to be corrected in the application, permission may be given to withdraw the company application giving liberty to file a fresh application after rectifying the errors and following the procedure prescribed under Section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956, for dissolution. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Company application is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the Official Liquidator to file a fresh application after rectifying the errors and following the procedure prescribed under Section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956, for dissolution. No order as to costs.
