In view of memo filed by R2/de-facto complainant that he has no objection or grievance to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1701 of 2012 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, the proceedings in C.C.No.1701 of 2012 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad are hereby quashed. The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
