THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5086 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The petitioner herein is the defendant in O.S. No. 267 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge's Court at Kurnool. He had taken out I.A. No. 744 of 2018 therein, invoking Order 11 Rule 14 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking a direction to the respondent - plaintiff to produce her income tax returns, audit balance sheet, profit and loss account statement, details of capital account and the statement of bank accounts pertaining to the said amount for the period from 2015-16 to 201718 for proper adjudication of the dispute. The complaint of the petitioner now is that the said I.A. has not been taken up for consideration, yet.

Since the petitioner seeks disposal of the Interlocutory Application only, without going into the merits of the matter, it is directed that the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge at Kurnool shall consider and dispose of I.A. No. 744 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.

The Civil Revision Petition accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, the interim order dated 10.09.2018 stands vacated.
