This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of respondents 3 to 5 in dispossessing the petitioner from the land to an extent of Ac.2-00 cents in survey No.24-1B, situated at Irlapalli Village, Rampachodavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, direct respondents 3 to 5 not to dispossess the petitioner from the land without following due process of law.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that on the application made by the vendor the petitioner, survey was conducted and respondent authorities are not interfering with the petitioner's property.

Recording the submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
