Sri A.Ravi Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioners filed letter dated 18.07.2016 before the registry seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the criminal petition giving liberty to the petitioners to avail all the remedies available under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available under law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
