THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23491 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner states that he is the absolute owner of the property situated at D.Nos.5-133 and 1-278 of Vuyuru, Krishna District. He is stated to be running a Homeo Stores in the said premises. In the process of shifting the transformer from one place to another place by respondent Nos.2 and 3, they wanted to erect the transformer by the side of the road. The erection of the transformer is challenged in the present Writ Petition.

Notice before admission was issued on 29.07.2015 and the learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of oral instructions, submits that the transformer was not erected in front of the petitioner's house, but it was separated by a well laid road.

This Court perused the photographs submitted by the petitioner and they clearly show that the location of the transformer is after a well laid road and it does not affect the property of the petitioner at all. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is misconceived, and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
