HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23206 of 2016 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to declare the action of respondents Nos.2 to 4, in interfering with the civil disputes between petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 9, and threatening to foist false cases against the petitioner and his family members, as being illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner claims that his father entered into an agreement of sale with respondent No.5, to which he got issued legal notice as well as public notice in eenadu newspaper. Petitioner further states that respondent Nos.5 to 9 came to his house, along with subordinate staff of respondent No.4, and threatened not to enter into the house and that police are summoning the petitioner to police station and pressurizing to settle the civil disputes with respondent Nos.5 to 9 in respect of the house property.

The learned Government Pleader for Home disputes the same.

In the circumstances, Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 9 (unofficial respondents) without following due process of law.
