There was no representation when this Arbitration Application was taken up for hearing on 08.02.2019 and again on 12.03.2019. It was accordingly directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 19.03.2019.

Today, the matter appears under the said caption but yet again, there is no representation either for the applicant or its learned counsel. It is therefore clear that the applicant and its learned counsel are not interested in prosecuting the Application.
